RETURNS + EXCHANGES

 Unsatisfied with your order? No worries. 

MA luxury accepts returns for regular priced items under the following conditions: 

  1. The return is initiated and mailed back by the customer within 7 days of the delivery date. 
  1. The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Please note that any site credit used for the original order will not be refunded to your account. 

All eligible returns will be processed in UK Pounds. 

If you are located outside of United Kingdom, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as free returns do not apply. 

The following items are not eligible for returns: intimates/lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics/apothecary, hair items, hats, or earrings. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS Please be aware that all Sale and Make an Offer items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

Exceptions include damaged items or order discrepancies based on size, color, and style, or items eligible for return with the purchase of the Return Option. For defective product returns, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted if you fail to notify us within this period or fail to ship the product back to us or the seller (as directed by us) within 30 days after the product was shipped. Store credit will be issued for any returned items. 

EXCHANGES must adhere to the following guidelines: 

  1. The exchange is initiated and mailed back by the customer within 7 days of the delivery date. 
  1. If the item(s) are from a boutique with an Exchange Only policy, please use our Contact Form to confirm the item(s) you wish to exchange. 
  1. Inventory availability has been confirmed with the boutique. 
  1. The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Due to their discounted nature, Garmentory cannot guarantee exchanges for Sale or Make an Offer items. Exchanges are subject to each boutique’s unique policy and item availability. If the desired size is unavailable, the item will be considered final sale.
